Android
Download the APK and open it. Android asks once to allow installs from your browser. Updates install over the old build and keep your library.
iPhone
The IPA is unsigned. Install it with AltStore, SideStore or Sideloadly, which sign it with your own Apple ID. On a free Apple ID the app re-signs every 7 days and the share extension saves through the app instead of in place.
